Registration

Registration is only possible for Clubs and Federations which are part of European Aquatics!

Registration  Data LENEX and Online Registration via << swimrankings >>. Please contact us for an Excel File, in case you want to handle it by list. We only accept our form!

Due to organisatorical issues we offer for the Competition in each sex on the 400 m Tracks max. 4 (Freestyle; 40 swimmers), max. 3 (ind. Medley; 30 swimmers) and on the 800 / 1.500 m Tracks only 1 Heat (10 swimmers). Decisive is the entry Time. Free lanes won't be replaced by another swimmer during the Competition. There will be only one swimmer on each lane.

Entry confirmations are distributed after the finish of Registration Periode.

Withdrawals for 400 Meter Freestyle are possible until 05/02/2026, 12.00 a. m., for 800 / 1.500 Meter Freestyle until 07/02/2027, 11.00 a. m..

Registration Period from 01/12 max. until 20/01/2026; Due the number of entries the Registration Periode could be finish earlier! 

Registration for the Long Strokes (400 - 1.500 Mt.) is on own Risk (incl. following Costs)! There won't be a Guarantee of participation due to the invitation Rules!

Registration is possible via LENEX or DSV File as well as via swimrankings.net. An Excel File could be provide, too.
